Gearing Back Up to Speed for Seabrook Lucky Trails
It's been a few weeks since the Aramco Houston Half Marathon. I don't know why, but a few pounds always seems to find their way to me after the bigger races. Those extra pounds should be gone soon. I've managed to get two to three trainings in per week, plus 5 miler long run/walks each weekend. This past week included two 30 minute swims - if only the air was a little warmer!Next event: Seabrook Lucky Trails on March 21st.
