I met Bob and Shelley at Oyster Creek. Bob left after 3 miles and Shelley and I did the remaining 3. The weather wasn't too bad, but the gnats were horrible. Even though we had sprayed with bug spray, they still bit us.

If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
