35 Minutes of Intervals
Today I decided to try 3/1's. After a short warm-up I managed 3 sets but found the 3 minute run too much. I dropped down to 1/1's and finding that much better, continued the intervals for 25 minutes and then walked the last 10 minutes. I'd really like to try to do the Houston full - I just don't see how I can shave an hour off my time.
