15 Minutes Swimming
I took this past week very easy and did not exercise at all until Sunday. It felt very strange. Bob and I did a leisurely 3 mile walk in Oyster Creek park on Sunday morning. It was the perfect distance and pace. I decided today that it was time to start swimming again so I did 15 minutes at the Aquatic center. It felt great to be back in the pool.
Now that I'm rested, I'm reconsidering my race strategy for the rest of the year and thinking that I might try to stay with the full marathon if I can improve my speed.
I have until December 10th to decide.
