This morning I had to drop my Mom off at the Dentist. The office is within a mile of the Aquatic Center, so, dressed in my Tri Suit, I dropped her off and headed to the pool, went for a 30 minute walk, I swam for 15 minutes and finished just in time to pick her up. That sure beat sitting in a waiting room for an hour!

If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
