Another Crazy Week
I've been trying to cram as much as possible into my workouts. I did a brick on Monday - cycling for 30 minutes and then running for 30 minutes. My legs don't feel so noodly anymore. I swam for 15 minutes on Tuesday and 30 minutes on Wednesday. With back to back appointments on Thursday and today, I wasn't able to fit anything in. I hope to get up early tomorrow (Saturday) and go for a swim and run.
I looked at new bikes today and think I'm going to get a Trek Hybrid.
