3 Mileas on the Treadmill
It was cold and rainy this morning, so I walked/ran on the treadmill for 3 miles. I would have prefered to be outside. At least I did it!

A NEW CHAPTER - TRIATHLON TRAINING
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
