30 Minutes Stationary Cycling
I cycled for 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I was on the phone the whole time, so the session seemd to go really fast.

It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
