15 Minutes Swimming
The pool warmed up a bit - 78 degrees! Today was to be a rest day, but I figured that swimming was low impact. I did 15 minutes with the AquaVee.

A NEW CHAPTER - TRIATHLON TRAINING
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
