It's so sad to see so many trees felled by the storm. I know that what we are experiencing here in the microcosm of Sugar Land is nowhere near the devastation closer to the coast and on the north side of town. Still, it's not a pretty site. The clean-up is going to take a long time. Many of the sidewalks and paths are blocked, so running is a challenge. I took a 40 minute walk at a moderate pace. Here are some photos from Saturday.

If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
