30 Minutes Running and 10 Minutes Cycling
I only warmed up for 1 minute, then ran for most of the first 15 minutes. I walked briskly for the balance. When I got back I decided to do the stationary bike. I cycled for 10 minutes, which wasn't much, but was better than nothing.
16 miles is on the agenda for my long run. It will be a challenge if Hurricane Ike makes his way to Houston.
