I had great intentions - I was going to try to get in the rest of my mileage today, but my lower back was hurting. Instead I did a lot of stretches designed for the lower back and then swam with the Aqua-Vee for 15 minutes.
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
