I swam at the neighborhood pool this afternoon. I completed 12 laps in 8:30 and realized that I was swimming 25 yeards and not meters. I continued swimming and completed a total of 18 laps, just over 400 meters.

If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
