I decided to spin while waiting for someone to pick up a package at the house. They arrived just 10 minutes after I started. When they left, I went out for my run. and did 1:00/1:00 intervals for 30 minutes.
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
