A Light Brick
I managed to train in all 3 areas today, although each was short and spread out. The air in my poor bike tires had drained to 20 pounds and it had been so long that I forgot I needed an adapter for my valves. Figuring that out and then adding air was a work-out by itself. I cycled on the trainer for only 10 minutes, but it was a good return - my legs are feeling it, then I immediately went for a 20 minute walk. Tonight I swam for 15 minutes. The swim team had taken over the pool and there were only 2 lanes for homeowners. It felt like a tri with so many people trying to avoid one another.
