20 Minute Swim
This is a taper week, although I inadvertenly tapered last week. I did a 20 minute easy swim at the Aquatic Center.

A NEW CHAPTER - TRIATHLON TRAINING
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4 and 5.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter is my fifth year of training. Although last Spring's switch was a focus on my first Triathlon, I am still continuing long distance running/walking.
